In order to join an Craft you should email the with the following. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
1. Give a brief synopsis of your character's life to this point. How old are you? Where are you from? Does your character have any IC ties? Family? Relationships? Tell us about them. (Note: Apprentices may not be married or engaged ICly.)
2. To what Craft are you applying? Have you ever played in this Craft before? What rank? What specialty?
3. Why do you want to be in this Craft? What special qualities can you bring to this Craft? Tell us about any IC training you've had so far.
4. Tell us about any RL skills that you have that you feel are useful to your chosen Craft. For instance, if you're applying to Harper, we'd like to know if you have any experience with music, performance or arbitration. If you're a poet, or a writer, we'd like to know about that, as well. Please note you do not have to have any experience, though it does help.
5. What is your MUSH experience? How much of that time has been spend on SouCon? Can you code?
6. What are your usual MUSH hours? This is case we need to talk to you about your application. There are no hourly requirements.
7. Do you plan to have this character apply for Search? (Please read '+lhelp Search'). Please fill out the Journeyman Application and Master Application below if you wish to apply for those rankings.
